Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PopQuiz mobile application (the "App") operated by Ephemeral Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PopQuiz is a speed-based trivia game available on iOS. You must be at least 4 years of age to use the App, or the minimum age required in your country, whichever is greater. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the exclusive property of Ephemeral Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ephemeral Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
